This research track focuses on measuring the network performance, resulting from different degrees of network collaboration across the ASEAN region, under the Flight & Flow Information for a Collaborative Environment (FF-ICE). The track includes consideration of different extents of information sharing across the region, in a mixed-mode operation and the traffic management concepts enabled by such sharing. The different extents of information sharing might include limited combinations of pre-flight exchange and in flight exchange, two-party exchange, and multiple party exchange.
This project leverage the assets and knowledge obtained from two completed projects, “Information Sharing and Collaborative Decision” and “Network Capacity”, and explore network collaboration on a larger scale.
