The Aviation Studies Institute (ASI) has published its third commissioned white paper of 2022. This paper looks at the concepts of operation in Air Traffic Management of key relevance to the Southeast Asia region and progress to date. The paper includes an analysis of the implementation status of these concepts of operation, potential reasons for their delay and suggests ways to overcome sluggishness.
